At the Captain’s Quarters Inn, we strive to serve locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables when available. Many of our vegetables come from our own gardens. Please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions.

  • Omelet made with fresh eggs and filled with a variety of ingredients (ham, cheese, mushroom, asparagus, spinach, etc.)
  • Breakfast strata w/spinach, caramelized onions, and Gruyere cheese
  • Scrambled egg w/goat cheese and asparagus
  • Toast made from breads baked at the inn
  • Baked western omelet
