The cost of each room at our North Carolina bed and breakfast includes coffee service outside your door at 7:30 AM and a full, hot breakfast served in the dining room between 8 and 9 AM. Please let us know about any special dietary needs ahead of time.

Room & Package Policies:
At our North Carolina country inn, every guest reservation is both important and special to us. We accept online reservations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also take telephone reservations from 9 AM to 8 PM daily at 1-252-482-8945. A deposit of one-night stay plus any add-on packages is required at time of booking with the balance due upon arrival.
If your travel plans change and you must cancel or reschedule your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. There is a $30 service fee per room for any returned deposits.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made. There is a $30.00 processing fee per room for any returned deposits and rescheduling, and a $25 fee for Non-Returned keys.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests.
*A 14-day cancellation notice is required for Packages, Holidays and Special Events.

Absolutely no smoking inside; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
We gladly accept children over 8 years old.
No Pets. Please call the Chowan Animal Hospital at 252-482-4113 for help in making arrangements to board your pet locally.
Our Hurricane Policy: If Chowan County is issued a Mandatory Evacuation Order, a refund will be given. If an evacuation order is not issued for Chowan County, a credit for another stay will be given should our guests decide not to stay/arrive.
